Salads

All salads except the Taco Salad are served with garlic bread. Crackers are available upon request.

Caesar Salad

Fresh Romaine lettuce, croutons, grated Romano cheese, and Caesar dressing. Add grilled chicken for just a little extra.

Chef Salad

Mixed, crisp salad greens topped with shredded cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese, chopped ham, turkey, Applewood bacon, fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, croutons, egg and onion.

Chicken Salad W/Fruit

homemade chicken salad, served on a bed of Romaine lettuce and surrounded by seasonal fruits. Served with onion ring, egg, and our own fluffy fruit dip.

Club Salad

A bed of garden-fresh mixed greens topped with shredded cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese, chopped ham, Applewood bacon, fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, croutons, egg and onion topped with your choice of Grilled or Fried Chicken tenders.

Greek Salad

Chilled mixed salad greens topped with Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers, purple onion, cucumber, and homemade Greek dressing. You may also wish to add anchovies and beets to your salad.

Mandarin Spinach

Fresh spinach topped with Applewood bacon, mushrooms, mandarin oranges and toasted almonds. recommends you try our Sweet-Sour dressing on your salad.

Shrimp Salad W/Fruit

homemade shrimp salad, served on a bed of Romaine lettuce and surrounded by seasonal fruits. Served with our own fruit dip.

Side Salad (SM/LG)

Mixed crisp greens topped with shredded cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese, Applewood bacon, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.

Taco Salad

Your choice of homemade Chili or chicken, topped with shredded cheese, iceberg lettuce, black olives, purple onions, cherry tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Served in a fried flour tortilla bowl with a side of salsa for the dressing.

Tuna Salad W/Fruit

homemade tuna salad, served on a bed of Romaine lettuce and surrounded by seasonal fruits. Served with an onion ring, sliced egg, and our own fruit dip.
