Bonjour! Welcome to Obys. This section has been designed to inform you of Oby's history and give you convenient access to information about owning and operating a Oby’s franchise.

After going through several professions, from computer programmer to butcher, I settled on being a restaurateur. In 1976, I started the New Orleans style Oby's of Starkville, Mississippi, and after receiving many requests over the years to franchise, I am finally doing just that!
