Fishbowl Brownie À La Mode
Our fudge brownie, made with lots of butter, is served in a frosted Oby’s fishbowl with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with Hershey’s chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. One look at our showcase brownie and you’ll instantly know that a Hershey chef helped us develop this signature dessert! One taste, and all you will say is, “YUM!”
Bread pudding
This Oby’s top selling dessert is served in a large soufflé-style bowl full of pudding and made with our signature bread, which is soaked in eggs, milk, butter, and flavored with cinnamon. To tantalize a little more, we serve it drizzled with Gold Label Rum sauce and a dab of whipped cream. It’s enough to share, but do you want to? In fact, planes land at nearby Golden Triangle Regional Airport and have Oby’s bread pudding delivered to them. What more can we say?
Praline Pecan Pie
A thick, sweet, creamy traditional New Orleans pecan pie served with Praline Pecan sauce made with butter, brown sugar, and Praline Liquor. Your sweet tooth won’t know what to do!
Cheese Cake
This traditional dessert is not one to take a back seat to our other desserts. It may seem like a simple piece of cheese cake but that’s all that some people need. Smooth and simple. If you like a little something extra, add your choice of strawberry, blueberry, praline, or chocolate topping.
